These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your stay at our farmhouse. By accessing our site or making a booking, you agree to comply with these Terms.

The term “guest,” “you,” or “your” refers to the person booking or staying at the property.
The term “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Vashisht Villa Farmhouse.

2. Booking Policy

Bookings can be made through our official website or via direct communication (phone or email).
A deposit or advance payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
Bookings are valid only after payment confirmation and receipt of a booking confirmation message/email.
Guests must provide accurate personal details during booking. False or incomplete information may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time: 1:00 PM (IST)
Check-out time: 11:00 AM (IST)
Early check-in or late check-out may be permitted based on availability and may incur extra charges.
Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar card, Passport, or Driving License) upon arrival.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date may result in partial or no refund.
No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) are charged 100% of the booking amount.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the premises.
Use property facilities responsibly and avoid damage to furniture, equipment, or decor.
Follow all safety rules and refrain from illegal or disruptive behavior.
Avoid loud music or gatherings beyond permissible hours (as per local regulations).

Any damage caused to the property will be chargeable to the guest. Repeated violations may lead to cancellation of stay without refund.

6. Alcohol, Smoking, and Conduct

Alcohol consumption is allowed only in permitted areas and in compliance with local laws.
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor spaces.
Any disorderly conduct, illegal activity, or nuisance may result in immediate eviction without refund.

7. Use of Premises for Events

Hosting events, parties, or gatherings is permitted only with prior written consent from management.
Additional deposits, event charges, or restrictions may apply.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that noise levels and crowd behavior comply with local regulations.

8. Liability Disclaimer

While we take utmost care to ensure guest safety and comfort, Vashisht Villa Farmhouse shall not be held responsible for:

Accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the stay
Delays, cancellations, or incidents caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, power failure, or government restrictions)

All guests use the property and amenities at their own risk.

All content on this website (text, images, design) is the property of Vashisht Villa Farmhouse.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
We strive to keep all information accurate and updated but are not liable for typographical or technical errors.
